Texas Trophy Wildlife, LLC has the right to refuse any specimen at any point in the process due to damage acquired in the harvest or the storage of the specimen before arriving at our facility.  When a specimen arrives frozen, it is impossible to assess its condition.  Therefore, we reserve the right to fully thaw your trophy and carefully observe all aspects of the specimen. 

If a problem exists, Texas Trophy Wildlife, LLC will contact you and explain all options.  At this point, we will only continue at your request with a signed liability waiver stating you have been notified of any damages and have agreed to continue the process at your own risk.  Texas Trophy Wildlife, LLC will not in any way be held responsible or liable.

No work will be started until the non-refundable deposit is paid, and all forms are complete with all tags and license numbers.
